Identify the specifications that must be applied to assure quality and excellence required by academic accreditation agencies.

Develop a follow-up system to obtain academic accreditation and implement the quality management system.

Initiate training workshops in the fields of quality and academic accreditation in coordination with the relevant authorities.

Implement electronic portfolios (e-folios) for all academic courses by all departments.
5.
Ensure that the relevant forms for course descriptions and course reports are filled out by the academic departments.
6.
Coordinate with the concerned authorities to provide all the requirements to conduct the self-evaluation study and prepare the relevant reports.
7.
Determine the methods and standards for measurement and academic and administrative evaluation as well as supervision and follow-up.
8.
Implement measurement and evaluation processes in the departments and in the administrative units.
